Before proceeding with a refund, you will need to notify our admin department at email@example.com, where they will forward you the return address.
HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND: Please send the unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER, to the provided address, once you have emailed our admin department. If you do not include this information we may not be able to refund you. We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges.
Payment of the return shipping is made by the customer for all change of mind purchases. If the item is redeemed faulty, proof of this must be sent via email to our office before being issued with a prepaid return bag.
FAULTY PRODUCTS: Every product we send out is quality controlled twice, both by our manufacturer as well as at Arrow Divine HQ, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 2 months of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion.
EXCHANGES: Please note we DO NOT offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return an item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you.
